Terms of Service

Agreement

By using Agent Central (“the Service”), operated by Eulyptica (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

What the Service does

Agent Central gives AI agents programmatic read and write access to your Amazon seller data via MCP servers. We sync data from Amazon’s APIs into a managed data store and expose it through standardized tools.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and API keys.
• You must have authorization to connect any Amazon seller account you link to the Service.
• One account per person or organization.

Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

Billing

• The Service costs $29 per month, billed monthly.
• You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• No refunds for partial months.
• We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

Your data

• You own your Amazon seller data. We don’t.
• You grant us permission to store, process, and serve your data solely to operate the Service.
• We do not use your data for training models, analytics, or any purpose beyond operating the Service for your account.

Write operations

The Service allows AI agents to make changes to your Amazon account (bid updates, budget changes, keyword management, campaign toggles) via Amazon’s official APIs.

You are responsible for the actions your AI agent takes on your Amazon account. We provide the tools; you control the agent. We recommend reviewing your agent’s actions regularly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate Amazon’s Terms of Service or API policies.
• Use the Service to access accounts you don’t own or manage.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
• Use the Service to harm other sellers or manipulate Amazon’s marketplace.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uptime. Amazon API outages, rate limits, and data delays are outside our control. We are not liable for missed optimizations, stale data, or actions your agent takes based on delayed information.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
